William Grenier, Chairman and founder of Pagebrook Inc. has been developing residential and commercial real estate since 1968. Appointed by judicial authorities and government agencies to assist in the reorganization and orderly disposition of several development companies and real estate portfolios, Mr. Grenier also co-founded in 1985, the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO), a leading industry organization.
Michael Grenier, President of Pagebrook Inc., has held various property management, investor liaison and securities regulatory responsibilities within the Pagebrook organization since joining the firm in 1982. Since 1995 Mr. Grenier has been responsible for property acquisitions, land development and Pagebrook’s resort development initiatives. Mr. Grenier is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
